Too Much Type.
When given the brief of creating 6 originally designed type in the form of 6 different letters, the first call is to look up what inspires you and after a lot of scrolling and crawling through google I’ve come to a decision. There’s too much type. BUT IT’S OKAY!
I know just where to go. Abduzeedo. A website that focuses on anything and everything related to design and it has it’s own section for typography and it’s beautiful.

I really like the way that, within the typography section, it focuses on all types of typography whether it be handwritten or fixed width. I like the idea of handwritten type so in the next few days I’m going to try and create and recreate some handwritten type. As to whether it’ll be featured in my final piece I don’t know. I’ll find out.
